I wanted to know if it is possible to install the belt off a tooth and still degree the cams to spec with the cam gears. This is an issue that plays into a problem I had with a customers car. MattZ Garage, IIRC, was mentioned as a source in Woody's post about degreeing cams, so I assume MattZ knows how to do this. If the engine was degreed with the tooth off on the belt, then resetting the belt will require re-degreeing the cams.
